Synopsis: Techno-Junkie takes place in a slightly distant future when nano-technology and microbiology have moved from the medical field into entertainment; the highest classes and powerful government officials have become addicts. To see that their power is never tested, corrupt technology is spread through the black markets infecting the masses. As society spirals into meltdown, a lone figure, the creator of the technology, decides that something must be done.
